BSE Sensex and Nifty Last Week

The stock market last week was promising for most of the investors, most of them gains by best trading practices. Investors were curious about the probably market technical correction, as BSE touched all time since January 2008, the 20,000 points.

On a week-on-week basis, the Sensex has gained 450 points (2.3%) to close at 20045.18 while the Nifty also rose up 133 points (2.3%) and closed by the week at 6018.30. Both BSE and Nifty were closed at highest points with upward moves. Among sectors; FMCG, healthcare, metals, technology, IT and auto remained major gainers.
