Tata Indicom ties up with Meridian to launch QWERT phone

Tata Teleservices Ltd (TTSL), mobile service provider, will launch QWERT phone in association with UK-based Merdian Group in India. The QWERT phone would hit Indian markets soon and would cost around Rs. 4,795.


Merdian Group has been selling mobile devices in India under the 'Fly Mobile' brand. According to media reports the, QWERT phone will have features - dual SIM, 5.8-cm screen, 1.3 megapixel camera and memory expandable upto 4GB.

The phon will also support both GSM and CDMA services in India. TTSL would provide some offers to promote the phone in Indian market.
