Regional Disparities a major concern! Will the Union Budget 2011-12 focus on?

It is a true fact that the regional disparities in India an major concern. All the economics plannings & projects focus on to minimize it or to check it. Despite so many planning chalked out and also being implemented, there is marginal change in the regional disparities.

The per capita income or expenditure of common man and rich can't be compared, or the mechanism of the such calculations has been leading to a wrong direction. But, there is no alternative to such calculation or statistic to draw the median point.

The difference between rich and poor, will ever be remain despite several times hard low on this socio-economic evil. The macro economic pressures having weighing high on both rich and poor. Only the matter of concern that, the blow of such press would be high on poorer section as they will be having highest marginal value for the income they have.

The union budget 2011-12 may have something to check the regional disparities in India. Many programmes have been underway in India, for the poor people, BPL and farmers. But the big question still remains, are the funds or grants reaching to those are eligible to get?
