2G Scam: BJP demands Chidambaram's resignation

The opposition party, Bharatiya Janata Party has got another issue to pull up the UPA government over the 2G scam, the ever biggest scam.

This time the BJP has been demanding the resignation of P Chdambaram for not maintaining recorded minutes of his meeting with A Raja, the former telecom minister on 2G spectrum.

Joint Parliamentary Committee found on Thursday that the meeting between Chdambaram and Raja took place on May 29, 2008 but without recording. BJP also demanded an enquiry into the matter and prime minister's clarification over it.
