Food Inflation eases to 9.03%

Food inflation for the week ended Aug 6 eased to 9.03 per cent from 9.90 per cent recorded in the previous week. The finance minister Pranab Mukherjee said still the rate of the food inflation is unacceptable. The BSE Sensex and Nifty closed in red on Thursday.
