The business process outsourcing (BPO) companies in India have registered 13 per cent growth rate for the current fiscal year, showing consistence.
According the data released by Dataquest the industry journal, the BPO companies in India posted a total revenue of Rs. 32,246 crore in 2010-2011.
1. Genpact
The Genpact which is listed in NYSE, has a posted a profit of Rs. 5,680 crore at a rate of registering 24 per cent growth rate. Genpact is the number one BPO company in India followed by TCS's BPO arm.
2. TCS's BPO
TCS's BPO arm registered growth rate of 25 per cent compared to the previous year's performance and earned revenue of Rs. 3,928 crore.
3. Aegis BPO
In the list of top 20 BPO companies in India, Essar group company Aegis BPO was placed at third with revenue earning of Rs. 2352 crore and growth rate of 28 per cent.
4.Wipro BPO
Wipro BPO is at 4th position in the list with revenue of Rs. 2,249 crore and growth rate of7 per cent.
5. Firstsource Solutions
In the list of top 20 BPO companies in India, Firstsource Solutions stood fifth with revenue of Rs. 1,833 crore and growth rate of 6 per cent.
6. WNS Global Solutions
WNS Global Solutions ranked sixth in the list with revenue of Rs. 1,685 crore, and growth rate of 7 per cent.
7. Infosys BPO
Infosys BPO was ranked in the seventh position with a revenue of Rs. 1,545 crore and growth rate of 12 per cent.
8. Aditya Birla Minacs
The BPO company Aditya Birla Minacs was at the eight position with revenue of Rs 1,518 crore and growth rate of 8 per cent.
9. Accenture India
Accenture India has posted a revenue of Rs. 1,436 crore and 27 per cent growth rate and was at ninth position in the list of top 20 BPO companies in India.
10. IBM Global Process Services
In the list, IBM Global Process Services stood at tenth position with revenue of Rs. 1,292 crore and 7 per cent growth rate, as per the data released by Dataquest.
