There are also scientific reasons as to how taking cold shower will lead to improvement of health. Cold water in this context means not ice cold or freezing water, it means warm water or water in normal temperature(not too cold, not too hot).

So it is best to begin the bath with warm water and end the bath with cold water. Doing so, has many advantages.

Let us discuss them. Good blood circulation in the body prevents such health problems as hypertension, varicose veins and helps your inner system to function better.

When you take shower with warm water, it opens up your pores, and when you wash it clean ups your pores, when you end by taking cold shower it closes your pores.

When you take cold shower, it makes your blood vessels constrict and this in turn reduces the appearance of dark circles and swelling under your eyes.

Cold shower makes your hair look shiner and healthier. Cold shower in the morning charges you for the day and pumps energy into your system.

It is not that easy to start practicing it. But, you can start slowly with the amount of cold water you can bare and gradually increase it.

But once you get habituated to it you will start enjoying it and start reaping its benefits. So, give it a cool try.
