Eleven trade unions have joined hands to call 48 hours of bandh in India opposing various policies of the government like - rate hike, fdi in retail, labour welfare laws and pension schemes.
According to media reports, the nation would suffer a loss of around 20,000 crore rupees due to the strike.
This is a sign of falling mandate, and the government should resign ... even then they will work till the elections, and it will help them. They will quote that they resigned and the President ran the country
