Announcing his appointment, Mr. Anil Sachdev, Founder & CEO, SOIL, said, “We are delighted and privileged to have Rakesh Jinsi as the newest addition to the SOIL family. He comes with a wealth of experience and will be able to add immense value from his involvement in the not-for-profit sector as well as someone who has created and led successful teams in diverse industries. An accomplished professional, we are confident that he will play an important role in helping us take the school to newer heights.”

Mr. Jinsi’s experience lies in engineering-Automobile industry and the Non-profit sector. Over a long and celebrated career, he has worked with leading organizations such as Eicher Group, Hero Motors, Force Motors, Tatra Vectra Motors India, and New Holland FIAT India among others. He was a member of National Human Rights Commission and is the member of Proposal Approval Committee of National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC). He also serves on the Board of organizations such as FAG Bearings India Ltd, Hero Motors Ltd etc. Speaking on his appointment, Mr. Rakesh Jinsi, President, SOIL, said, “I am happy to be part of the SOIL family. I really believe that there is an urgent need to restore balance in the higher education space as we seem to be over-emphasizing commercial success. I hope to contribute to the positive energy that the school drives. While we will teach young eager minds the finer nuances of management, our focus will remain on building character and instilling values such as integrity and leadership.”
