Independent India's First Caste Census started

The fist caste census of independent India has stared from Wednesday from Hezamara in Tripura. The census will determine the caste-wise breakup of around 1.21 billion population in India.

The caste census was opposed by the opposition parties. It started after it got approval from the government of India.

This is one of the sensitive census so far, which could bring more transparent about the caste-wise break up total population and it will also show the rise or fall of major casts in India.

However, upon its completion the census will put the clear picture of India as per its castes. And the analysis about rise of fall of majority and minority. Lets wait and watch till it is completed!
