BSE Sensex ends 45 points up, Nifty gains 5.8 points

Beating the negative sentiments at the post lunch session, the BSE Sensex was ended 45 points up at 20,026.61 points (+0.23 %) on Wednesday. The Sensex was seen gaining in the early trade and bit volatile during post lunch session. Markets were seeing up during the closing session.

The NSE Nifty was closed 5.8 points up at 6,054 points (+0.10 %).

The shares of Airtel, Zee Entertainment, Sun Tv network gained on Sensex.

Among the indices BSE-100 down 0.05 per cent or 2.90 points at 6,106.09, MIDCAP was down at 7,025.31 with 64.74 points down (-0.91%), SMLCAP was down at 7,246.78 with 56.70 points down (-0.90%) ;BSE-500 was down at 7,694.86 with 15.32points down (-0.20%) ;

Zee Entert – LTP 234.65, change 12.05 (5.41%);

Bharti Airtel – LTP 367.25, change 15.60 (4.44%);

Sun TV Network – LTP 439.20, change 15.10 (3.56%)

Apollo Hosp – LTP 797.15, change 24.80 (3.21%)

JSW ENERGY – LTP 73.55, change 2.00 (2.80%)

Both the markets were seen in surge during the closing session but the market proved bit volatile while reaching the end of trading session on Wednesday.
