Business News: The telecom operators in India may slash the SMS rate in the new year, according to media reports. Considering the approach by the TRAI the telecom operators in India may slash the SMS rate. The national roaming may cost now one rupee and fifty paise.
In the new year there may be slash in the telephone call tariff too. It is expected that the new rates would also be expected that by the January of 2009. The demand for the mobile and usage has been increasing in India. India is the another biggest market for mobile operators.The telecom operators have accepted to slash the SMS rates from the New Year, the official declaration may come in the first week of January.
