Business News This Week: For the first time the U. S. Federal Reserve raised the discount rate since the financial crisis and the impact is clearly seen on the European stock market, shares in the market are in red. The Fed raised the discount rate to 0.75 per cent from 0.5 per cent in order to boost the financial market. However, the stock in European market heavily reacted to it. Top share index were in down on Friday, and the rise in discount rate was the major reason.
