Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. acted as transaction counsel on the Rs. 1,000 Cr. private placement of NCDs of DLF Limited, closed on August 11, 2015. The NCDs are proposed to be secured by certain immovable assets of a wholly owned subsidiary of DLF Limited, and proposed to be listed on BSE. The deal team was led by Executive Chairman Shardul S. Shroff and Partners Shilpa Mankar Ahluwalia and Monal Mukherjee, supported by Shubhangi Garg, Mathew Thomas, Shraddha Krishnan and others across Delhi and Mumbai.
