The Supreme Court has given permission to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to interrogate Satyam Computer Services founder Ramalinga Raju and his brother Rama Raju in connection with the accounting fraud, according to media reports.
The interrogation will be carried out by SEBI General Manager A Sunil Kumar on February 4, 5 and 6. This is another significant development in the Satyam fraud case. The SEBI interrogation may come out with some clues over the Satyam fraud case.
