Jharkhand Political Crisis : BJP to declare Chief Minister of Jharkhand

The Jharkhand political instability has come to an end, when the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) reportedly agreed to support the BJP government in the 82-member Jharkhand assembly. The political instability or the political crisis was triggered after JMM Chief Shibu Suren voted in favor of the Congress-led United Progressive Alliance (UPA) in Parliament on April 27 despite BJP's call for cut motion. This move sparked political crisis in Jharkhand.

BJP Parliamentary Board is scheduled to be held on Today ( Monday, May 10) to finalize the name of the Chief Minister for Jharkhand. Arjun Munda and former Union Minister Yashwant Sinha are reported to be the top contenders for the post Chief Minister of Jharkhand.
