Communal Violence Bill is the current buring topics in India, as the UPA government is all set to birng a bill that reportedly help communal harmony in the country whihc witness many communal riots in the past. The NDA and Mamata Banerjee of Trinamool Congress opposed the bill. The BJP termed the bill as non secular.
The Communal Violence Bill was drafted by the National Advisory Council (NAC). In order to pass the bill in Parliament it need the majority, while the opposition firm on its stand over the bill, seems tough situation ahead for the UPA in the house during discussion over the bill.
