Shena Aggarwal tops civil services exam 2012

The Civil Services Exam conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) for 2011-12 results were declared, Shena Aggarwal from Haryana topped followed by Rukmani Riar achieved second and Prince Dhawan at third.

In her third attempt, Shena Aggarwal topped the civil exams, she is AIIMS medical graduate. While Rukmani Riar was student of Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai and Prince was IIT Delhi student.

In total, 11,984 candidate were qualified for final written civil examination out of total 2,43,003 appeared the test. Successful candidates will be appointed to various services including IAS, IPS, IFS and others.
