In shocking incident, Indonesia-Singapore flight QZ8501 of AirAsia
aviation company, went missing on Sunday, two countries Indonesia and
Singpore have started search operation for the missing flight, as six
hours have been passed since it last contacted.
Few months back, Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 was missing and reported crash on Indian ocean after few days of it went missing.
In the Indonesia-Singpore place around 162 people were on board when the flight went missing. It was contacted with the ground control on Sunday while flying over Java Sea taking off from Indonesia’s Surabaya for Singapore.
AirAsia, Malaysia’s low-cost carrier with presence in several Southeast Asian countries, said in a statement that the missing Airbus A320-200 was on the submitted flight plan route.
However, it had requested deviation due to bad weather, before communication with the aircraft was lost while it was still under the control of the Indonesian Air Traffic Control.
