Music Launch of Charlie Kay Chakkar Mein
New Delhi, 8 October, 2015:  Delhiites were treated to a night of scintillating music and high glam quotient with the Music Launch of Charlie Kay Chakkar Mein. Directed by Manish Srivastava and produced by Karan Arora the film is an investigative thriller which stars Naseeruddin Shah alongside other award winning actors.

Delhiite Shweta Sharma who performed with Neha Kakkar and Abhijeet Sawant at the launch will be soon seenon the silver screen in the very seductive promotional song "I am Single ready to mingle …" sung by Neha Kakkar, AJ Singh and is composed by Harry Anand.

The tittle track “Charlie Kay Chakkar Mein” is a racy foot tapping number which shows Shweta as the narrator.  “The word ‘Charlie’ has a lot of connotations to it, It’s a slang for cocaine as well and for the very first time we have introduced a concept of negative Charlie. The song involves a lot of drama and as the song unfolds a lot of chaos unravels”, says Karan Arora Producer of the film.
The song is sung by Neha Kakkar and Abhijeet Sawant and music directed by Vishal Seagal while Sandeep Nath has given the lyrics.

Present on the occasion Shweta added, “I am Single ready to mingle is pictured on me and is a very catchy song. Me and Neha share a very good rapport and decided to something really extraordinary with this song. I am sure it will top the charts all across the country.”

The music launch was attended by the glitterati of Delhi with well known singers like Bhuppi, Dilbagh Singh, Nayantara, Rohit Kulkarni and AJ Singh.

Time has gone when Bollywood had limited options of female actors. Madhubala, Meena Kumari, Nargis, Vyajayantheemala are few names who were pairing with legends of 1960 to 2000 like Dilip Kumar, Rajkapoor, Dev Anand, Rajendra Kumar and more. Audiences have accepted them till new generation entered the entertainment world. Coming from a middle class family from Bhopal, Loveleen has been point of attraction in her schools and colleges from teenage. As she never hesitated talking to boys and class teachers, she became popular within no time. She acted in few acts staged at schools and college levels, and it was in 2013 when she was offered to do a south Indian film named ‘Arundhati’ The film was well accepted by viewers and thus her journey of acting started. However she was fed up of doing similar types of roles, but it was in same year, when she got an opportunity to give few bold schenes in film Vaana. Viewers were stunned to see her in this challenging role and wanted to see her performing such roles in upcoming films. Since Loveleen has all requisites to do bold scenes, she intends to conquer Bollywood in coming days.

Set Max Television to Premiere Goliyon Ki Raaseela Ram-Leela

Mumbai: MAX, the premium Hindi movies and special events channel brings to you the MAX Television Premier of the romantic drama film directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, ‘GOLIYON KI RAASEELA - RAM-LEELA ’ on Sunday, 16th March at 9PM only on MAX.

The film is an adaptation of Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet, set in violent times. In a Gujarati village, Ranjaar, infamous for its unrestricted manufacture and sale of arms and ammunition, two clans, Rajari and Sanera, have been at loggerheads with each other for over 500 years. The film opens with a violent dispute between the two over petty matters. Despite various tussles between the heads of the families, Ram (Ranveer Singh), boldly enters the house of the Saneras during the festival of Holi and frolics with Leela (Deepika Padukone) which marks the start of the love affair between the two.

Speaking about his experience of getting into shape for his entry song experience, Ranveer Singh states, “For my entry song – Ram Ji ke chal dekho, I followed probably the most intense training program I have ever been through to get into the shape that I had to for the song. It was well worth it now that I see it on screen. I am really happy that I look like that at least once in my life and it has been captured in celluloid.”

Recalling the experience of shooting the songs of the film, Deepika Padukone says, “Nagada Sang Dhol has been tough, probably the most difficult songs I have ever done. The song Ang Laga De is a very new sounding song, Lahu Munh Lag Gaya- was young and passionate. I had to completely let go and the only workout I had, was to carry the lehenga’s.”

Gulaab Gang Music Launch: Receives Guinness World Book Record for largest Music Launch

3rd Feb, 2014: Anubhav Sinha’s, Benaras MediaWorks and T-series released the music of the much awaited film ‘Gulaab Gang’ in January in the spiritual centre of the country, Varanasi. Starring actresses, Madhuri Dixit- Nene and Juhi Chawla in all new avatars, the film comes with the hard hitting message of women empowerment and will premiere on International Women’s Day - the 7th of March, in screens across India. The music launch received the Guinness World Book Record today, for the largest music launch.

More than Twenty thousand people packed the grounds and showed their support by turning up wearing gulaabi (pink) caps. Female students from various schools and colleges performed at the event with dance’s and drama’s adding a punch to the film’s social message. The highlight was a rally by students which shouted out slogans and were joined by the crowd gathered vibrating the whole arena.

Keeping in mind the spirit and fervor of the film, the makers put together an event in the interiors of the country emanating the true flavor of India befitting the film. The film’s music was presented by producer Anubhav Sinha, director Soumik Sen, Mushtaq Sheikh and the dazzling actress, Madhuri Dixit- Nene in front of thousands of fans donning the gulaabi-topi.

Playing Rajjo Devi a tough activist crusading for woman’s rights in the film, Madhuri fleshed out her character as she took a pledge in favour of every daughter of the country in front of an eager audience. On popular demand, Madhuri even crooned “Rang di saari Gulaabi Chunariya re” a soulful number from the film giving a glimpse of the striking music, from the equally striking film.

Madhuri Dixit-Nene commented “A daughter keeps the balance intact in a family. There should be a sense of equality between a man and woman present in the society. My character Rajjo in the film is fighting for the same cause. The character maybe different from Madhuri as a person. But Madhuri agrees and stands with Rajjo. The story of Gulaab Gang is a piece of my heart. It make’s me very happy and proud to see the support people have given the film and its message”

Speaking on the launch in Benaras, Anubhav Sinha said “I am honoured by the love and support shown by the people of my hometown, which is very close to my heart. Gulaab Gang is sure to strike a chord in the hearts of millions and I am equally assured by the response I have got from the music launch here today. Women’s empowerment is a pressing issue in our country and Gulaab Gang is just a step towards addressing it.”
