Gold (graceful oldest luxury on demand) what we can say more about it is one the most beautiful gifts from nature to us. It can be also known as a luxury good. This yellow metal which was touching the sky a few days before has come down to become a part of jewelry for a common man. The gold has chosen a right time for its lovers because of the marriage season and the auspicious Akshay Tritia( occasion for buying gold) is ahead.

The going down prices of yellow metal can lead loss or profit to the companies. The gold loan companies & the buyers who have purchased before will have to bear the loss and the buyers who are purchasing now will gain profit. Experts are giving their own views like Gold in India is also expected to go up due to physical demand & others say it will touch 25000 per 10gms. But nothing is sure now, just we have to wait for tomorrow.

India is the world’s largest single consumer of gold, as Indians buy about 25% of the world’s gold, purchasing approximately 800 tons of gold every year; mostly for jewelry. The falling prices of the metal have grown the eagerness of the Indian buyers more and more. When the gold prices were high the no. of its buyers was low and now it has become vice-versa. Let’s wait and watch the game and also who maintains to remain still, on the higher or lower side.

Salute to Bala Saheb Thackery, the great hero of Maharastra

On 17th November 2012 at 4.55 pm the announcement of the death of the great hero Bala Saheb Thackery brought Mumbaikers came to a halt. Mumbai the city that never sleeps has given a break to mourn for the king. All the shops, vehicles, malls, offices were closed after hearing the sad news. This is very sad news for all the Indians because we have lost a great cartoonist and politician.

He was born on January 23, 1926, and the second of four children of Kesav Sitaram Thackery, a writer. The 86 year old Shiv Sena supremo Bal Thackery started his journey as a cartoonist at the English daily Free Press Journal in the late 1950s. His cartoons also published in the Japanese daily newspaper Asahi Shimbun and in the Sunday edition of The New York Times. In the 1960s he began to involve into politics and in 1966 he founded the Shiv Sena.

In the early 1990s he led a successful campaign to drop the name Bombay- a Portuguese derivation of “beautiful bay”- and replace it with Mumbai for the goddess Mumbadevi- the name by which the city is known in the Marathi language. He was said to be the Mascot and the God father of the Marathi pride and the Hindutva. With many ups and downs he still maintained to hold his fame. No matters either he is alive or dead the lesson he taught will be always remembered in the minds of everybody.

Today his body will be taken from his residence Matoshree at Bandra to Shivaji Park (where he gave his first speech on 1966). He will end his journey today there from where he first started. He gave more than what Maharashtra and also the Nation required. His last rituals will be at 6 pm and more than 20 lakh people are expected to come to pay their honour to the great hero of Maharashtra.

The unique destinations and its specialties of West Bengal

India! It is a small piece of the Earth which is blessed with beautiful gifts of nature. The beauty of nature present here attracts the travelers from across the world to our India. Whether we go to east or west or north or south all the directions are being equally graced with its unique specialties. So no body can give a judgment on any one particular direction. So here are some unique destinations and its specialties of West Bengal.

The capital of West Bengal is Kolkata. There staple food is rice, fish & sweets and listening and learning music is must in every house. The most unique feature of Kolkata is the Howrah Bridge and it is a suspension type balanced cantilever bridge that crosses the Hooghly River in West Bengal. Kalighat Kali Temple is a famous Kali temple of Kolkata which is one of the 51 Shakti Peethas. The name Kolkata is said to have being derived from the word Kalighat. Bengali novels also occupy a major part of Bengali literature. Some great novelists are Bankim Chandra Chattopadhyay, Rabindranath Tagore and many more. The National Library of India at Belvedre, Kolkata is the largest library in India by volume and India’s library of public records. The Victoria memorial is built in the memory of Queen Victoria. The Indian Museum is the largest museum in Asia and the oldest in the Asia-Pacific region. Eden Gardens is one of the two 100,000 seated amphitheatres for the game of cricket. The Metro Railway Kolkata is the first underground Metro railway in India.

Digha is a nearest and most popular sea resorts of West Bengal. It lies in East Midnapore district. It is located 183 km from Kolkata/Howrah via Mecheda. It is almost a 5 hour journey from Kolkata and bus service is always available from across the town.

Kalimpong is in Darjeeling district in the northern part of West Bengal. The interesting places to visit in Kalimpong are Gauripur House it is the home of the great Bengali poet Rabindranath Tagore, Deolo the highest point in Kalimpong and offers an early morning view of the Kanchenjunga massif, Golf Course a very beautiful place to watch, Cactus Nursery where we can see the Tequila plant, Tashi Takgye is a wholesale supplier/importer/exporter for the northern region where we can get a huge collection of items at unbelievable prices and also don’t forget to taste the locally made lollipops.

Maldah is a district of West Bengal. It lies 347 km north of Kolkata. Once it was the capital of Bengal. Jute, Mango and Silk are notable products of this district. A special variety of mango is being produced and exported across the world. Places to visit are Adina Mosque, Gol ghar, 12-gated mosque, temple of Jahura Kali and many more.

Bishnupur also spelt as Vishnupur is a temple town in Rarh. It is famous for its terracotta work and Baluchari sarees which are being traditionally woven with Mahabharata and Ramayan symbols. Here we can see a lots of temples all built of terracotta. The places to visit are Jorbangla Temple, Nandalal Temple, Radhamadhab temple, Shyamrai Temple or Pancha Ratna Temple of Shyam Rai, Rasmancha the oldest brick structure, Dalmadal Caman, Gumgarh the place of no return, Pathar Darja main gateway of Bishnupur and many more to visit.

Kharagpur is an industrial city in India. It is located in the Midnapore West district of West Bengal. It is the fourth largest city of West Bengal in area and fifth largest city in population. Kharagpur is home to one of the prestigious Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs). Kharagpur also has one of the biggest railway workshops in India with the longest railway platform in the world. Kharagpur has the first underground Air force Station in Kalaikunda and it also has one more Air Force Station in Salua. We can also see Hijli Jail where the father of the nation Mahatma Gandhi and also Khudiram Bose a freedom fighter of Bengal served their term in this jail. There are a lot of companies present in Kharagpur like SE Railway Workshop, BSNL telecom factory, Tata Metallic’s and Tata Bearings and many more.

Sagar Island or the Ganga Sagar is in the southeast of West Bengal. Gangasagar pilgrimage and fair is held annually where the holy dip is being taken at the occasion of Makar Sankranti and it is the second largest after the holy Kumbha Mela. Sagar Island is about 80 km south of Kolkata, cut off from the main land of the Muriganga river. At present there is no bridge to connect the island to the main land. The Muriganga river can be crossed by ferry service to reach the Sagar Island. After reaching the Sagar Island one has to take a private taxi or bus to reach the meeting point of Ganga and Sagar(Bay of Bengal).At present there are no hotels only there are Ashrams and Dharamshala type where no food is neither available, nor outside food is brought in. But there is plenty of food to purchase outside.

Krishnanagar is a municipality and administrative headquarters of Nadia district of West Bengal. It is an important centre for culture and literature. In Krishnanagar there is a locality where a colony of artists work with clay called Ghurni. These artists produce images of Hindu gods and goddesses for traditional worship throughout the year and also clay models of human figures and real life objects. There are so many places to visit like Rajbari the royal palace with a beautiful Durga Temple in the courtyard where the famous jhulan mela is celebrated every year in the months of July/ August and Baro Dol in March/ April. We can also see a famous Roman Catholic Church inside it there is 27 oil paintings describing the life of Jesus Christ and also there are wooden sculptures by Italian artists.

Cooch Behar is the district headquarters and the largest city of Cooch Behar district in the state of West Bengal. It is situated in the foothills of the Eastern Himalayas. It is well known for the Cooch Behar Palace Madan Mohan Bari temple and Maharani Gayatri Devi.

Darjeeling is a small city in West Bengal and it the oldest hill station in India. The main attractions of Darjeeling are the beautiful views of Kanchenjunga from Tiger Hill, Darjeeling Tea is famous for its aromatic and delicate taste, trekking, Toy train, Rock Garden, Batashiya Loop, mountain biking and many more. Darjeeling Himalayan Railway nick named the “Toy Train” is a 2 ft narrow gauge railway from New Jalpaiguri to Darjeeling in West Bengal run by the Indian Railways. The “Toy Train” has been listed as World Heritage Site by the United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).

Rampurhat is a city and a municipality in Birbhum District of West Bengal/ Jharkhand border. This city is famous for Tarapith temple, which is one of the Shaktipith.

Santiniketan is a small town near Bolpur in the Birbhum district of West Bengal. It is famous because of Rabindranath Tagore who wrote many of his literary classics here and his house is a place of historical importance. Santiniketan is also home to Amartya Sen, the Noble Prize winner in Economics. The places to visit in Santiniketan are The Visva Bharati University, Upasana Griha a prayer hall made of several coloured Belgium glasses with marble steps, Dehali house of Rabindranath Tagore, Black house, Santiniketan Griha, Bichitra, Kala Bhavan and many more.

Bardhaman or Burdwan is a city of West Bengal. It is the headquarters of Bardhaman district. The places to visit here are the famous Shrine of Sarvamangala is said to contain the remnant of Sati’s body, The Curzon Gate is built in honour of the visit of Lord Curzon, The palaces and gardens of the Maharaja Gopalbag, Konkaleshwari Kali Mandir, Nawab Hat where we can see 108 Siva Lingam temples, Planetarium named after India’s eminent scientist Meghnad Saha and many more.

In West Bengal we can also find the Sundarbans National Park which is densely covered with mangrove forests and is one of the largest reserves for the Bengal Tiger. Tropic of Cancer passes through National Highway 34 in Nadia District, West Bengal. In West Bengal we can also see the Santal/ Santhal largest tribal community in India. The Santhals are short in stature and among them the broad flat nose with a sunken nose ridge is fairly common. They frequently have wavy hair; sometimes it is curly, though it is never frizzy.

In other words we can also say India is a recipe and the ingredients are caste, culture, tradition and honesty. The philosophy of India’s spectacular destinations is eternal. Proud to be born and brought up in a diversified country.

Kaun Banega Crorepati-6

The show Kaun Banega Crorepati KBC-6 started again on Sony with an enthusiasm for the people of our country. The host of the show is the veterinary actor Mr. Amitabh Bachchan. He starts the show with a poetry based on the power of knowledge “Na Roop Kaam Aata Hai, Na Jhoot Kaam Aata Hai, Na Jaati Kaam Aati Hai Na Baap Ka Naam Kaam Aata Hai, Sirf gyan hi aapko aapka hak dilata hai”. This poetry gives us a message how much knowledge is important for us.

It gives a chance for a common man to see dreams of their wish and then convert it into real by winning it. People from across the country come to participate in this most popular game to sit in the hot seat. Some go to meet the great actor Mr. Amitabh Bachchan and some to win the prize money to fulfill their dreams. Every time this show has brought a common man desires, their difficulties and their living style live on television.

Kaun Banega Crorepati is the game show based on the UK game show Who Wants to be a Millionaire? Kaun Banega Crorepati first aired in 2000 and was hosted by Amitabh Bachchan, his first appearance on Indian television.

KBC initially offered the contestants a chance to win up to one crore Rupees, but doubled this in 2001 to two crore Rupees, and as the popularity increased more and more in 2010 the show again changed the prize money to five crore rupees with a jackpot question. The show became a massive hit with audiences and broke many TRP records.

CNN IBN awarded Indian of the year- entertainment to team Kaun Banega Crorepati and Amitabh Bachchan. The show also grabbed all the major awards for its category. The awards include Indian Telly Awards, Indian Tele Academy Awards, Star Parivar Awards, FICCI Frames Excellence Honours, Apsara Awards, Big star Entertainment Awards, The Global Indian Film and TV Honours and many more to be receiving in future.

The biggest winners who fulfill their dreams by winning Rs 1 crore from KBC are Harshvardhan Nawathe 1st winner of season-1 the 27 year old Mumbaikar who had just appeared for his IPS exam, a 14 year old Ravi Saini from Vishakhapatnam won Rs 1 crore in KBC Junior, Vijay and Arundhati Raul from Rourkela won Rs 1 crore in KBC ‘Pati-Patni’ special, Ajay and Kajol played for charity on a Dusserhra special episode, Brajesh Dubey an electronics engineer from Guna won Rs 1 crore in season 2, Rahat Taslim is the first female to win Rs 1 crore in KBC and at that time she was running a tailoring class and had just Rs 3 of talktime credit on her cell phone and she used it to send an SMS to enter the show, Sushil Kumar a computer operator from Bihar was on of the fortunate to won the Jackpot of Rs 5 crore in season 5 who was earning only Rs 6000 per month, Anil Kumar Sinha a banker by profession won Rs 1 crore, Manoj Kumar Raina a railway employee from Jammu won Rs 1 crore in season 6.

How smart classes taking grip to all schools

The days are gone when we were used to learn our lessons with the help of chalk and blackboard. Now the days are different and everything is being more improved and latest technology is coming. So the smart class is also one of the results of our latest technology.

Smart class is the latest way of technology and Educomp is pioneer in this field in India. Smart class brings in technology right next to the blackboard for teachers in the classrooms. It is being taught by software and shown to you with projectors in classroom. Students learn difficult and abstract curriculum concepts watching highly engaging visuals and animations. By this means learning for students becomes easy and enjoyable also.

The program enabled teachers to use digital resources such as graphics, animations, 3D images and video clips in addition to the chalk and talk methods of teaching in classroom.  In Bangalore a school named Mary Immaculate High School was facing difficulties in getting desired academic performance. The text books and the well trained teachers are not enough to improve their performance. Then the school looked out for a innovative way to face the problem then they found it in the form of Smart class, a technology which make the students understand their tasks easily. When volunteers of Sister Rose Memorial Education Resource Centre (SRMERC), Valiathura, decided to introduce the smart class learning system on a trial basis for the students of 10th standard, they had no idea about the coming change.

On the same year the results of this non-governmental organization was outstanding. All the students managed to score above 60 percent, 10 among them scored 80 percent. The strange thing about these children was that they belong to the poor fisherman families and without having any luxury like coaching or special care they have got success. Chief minister Narendra Modi has also launched a smart class project in govt primary school of Vataman village of Ahmadabad district.

The main benefit of this smart class, it is beneficial to all types of students in the school. Some feel comfortable with the audio and some with the visual or we can say the practical methods. Smart class is not limited like the text books but it provides a vast knowledge on the subject from any background. So in the future we can hope that smart class will really hold the grip of the student for a smart future.

Happy Teacher’s Day

Teacher’s day is celebrated on 5th September all over our country. It is the honor given to all teachers for their awesome contribution they had given and giving to their next generation. 5th September is the birthday of a great teacher Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan. When Dr. RadhaKrishnan became the President of India in 1962, he was approached by some of his students and friends and requested him to allow them to celebrate 5th September, his “birthday”. In reply Dr.RadhaKrishnan said, “instead of celebrating my birthday separately, it would be my proud privilege if September 5th is observed as Teachers Day”. The request showed Dr.RadhaKrishnan’s love for the teaching profession and also to the teacher. From then onwards the day is being celebrated as the Teacher’s Day in India.

A teacher, tutor or mentor who always plays a vital role in everyone’s life, from the time we have come to this world and till the time we are alive always there is a tutor beside you. He or she may be a parent or a guardian or teacher or any body elder who is taking care of you is a teacher. The first step when you take yourself to go forward (that is from the childhood to the adolescent) in every moment of your life, there is a mentor beside you to save before you leap.

There are three vital stages that come in between the baby and grownup ones. In this journey the first teacher, who comes to hold your tiny fingers when you take your first step is your parent or guardian. He or she is always with you to hold your hands before you fell down. This is the first stage of life when you don’t know anything and try to learn the surrounding in which you are. This is the second stage when you are slowly becoming bigger and able to take the responsibility of yourself.

Now you are not dependent on your parents for your bread and butter. You are working hard for your present and future. Here comes the second mentor, i.e. your boss who is there to guide you in building your career and to take you to your destination with success trophy in hand. Then the third stage comes, when you enter into a new relationship with your life partner.

The third teacher is your life partner, who is with you until your last breath. And at the time of your bad days his or her inspiration are as strong as a walking cane which supports you to stand and walk again to cross the bad stage and find the good for the rest of your life. So the ups and downs that you face, so do your teacher also. So a teacher is like a shadow that is always with you.

A good teacher should be always a universal donor and a good student should be a universal recipient then only they and their team can rule this world. A good teacher may be described as a treasure of patience, sincerity, honesty, gives sacrifice and always optimistic. The lessons that they teach us are always inside our minds and whenever we are in need the unforgettable lessons are always get refreshed automatically. Whether they are present with us or not but their teachings are always with us forever.

On this special day you are not giving honor to your teacher but also to yourself because both of you are somewhere related to each other. The relationship between a student and a teacher or between a guardian and a child is very special and unique which cannot be compared with anything. Through out the year you always get inspiration from your teacher but this is the only day to show respect and affection to your teacher by sending message that how much they are special to us. A teacher is like a milestone that always shows the right path for destination without diverting.

The Independence Day of India

The Independence Day 14th August 1947 is the glorious and most memorable day in Indian history. We can also say this day the day of freedom fighters because the blood they shed for this country became worthy on this day. This day should be a special day for every person who has taken birth on this land called India. This day is one of the three national holidays in India (the other two being the Republic Day on 26 January and Mahatma Gandhi’s birthday on 2 October) and is celebrated all over India and its union territories. This day is celebrated with flag-hoisting ceremonies, parades and cultural events. This is the day when India get freed from the British rule and become a sovereign nation.

On the morning of 15th August 1947, the First Prime Minister of India Jawaharlal Nehru unfurled the Indian flag with a speech on the ramparts of the historical site Red Fort in Delhi. This process is continuing till date. Twenty-one gun shots are fired in honor of the solemn occasion. In his speech, the Prime Minister highlights the achievements of his government during the past year, raises important issues and gives a call for further development. He pays tribute to the leaders of the freedom struggle. The Indian National anthem, Jana Gana Mana is sung. The speech is followed by march past by divisions of the Indian Army and paramilitary forces, and parades and pageants showcasing events from the struggle for Independence as well as cultural traditions of the country. Similar events takes place in state capitals where the Chief Ministers of individual states hoist the national flag, and parades and pageants takes place. In government and non-government institutions, schools and colleges conduct flag hoisting ceremonies and cultural programs. Major government buildings are being decorated with colorful lights. In some cities such as Delhi, Kite flying event is being organized on this day. On this day the sky of Delhi is filled with our national flags of different shapes and sizes. On this day the citizens of India express their patriotic feelings by using the national tri-color flag in different ways like- they use it on their attire, household accessories, vehicles, on wristbands, on coffee mugs and in many more innovative ways as they like.

The National flag or the tricolor flag or the Tiranga in Hindi are all same. The flag is based on the Swaraj flag, a flag of the Indian National Congress designed by Pingali Venkayya. The flag by law is to be made of Khadi, a special type of hand-spun cloth of cotton or silk made popular by Mahatma Gandhi. The right to manufacture the flag is held by the Khadi Development and Village Industries Commission, who allocate it to the regional groups. As of 2009 the Karnataka Khadi Gramodyoga Samyukta Sangha was the sole manufacture of the flag. The saffron color represents courage and sacrifice; white- truth and purity; green—peace and prosperity; and the Ashoka Chakra, a 24-spoke wheel in navy blue at its centre, represents the Laws of Dharma( righteousness). It is not just a piece of cloth but the combination of labor, sweat and blood of the freedom fighters. I think this tricolor speaks about the three stages that the freedom fighters crossed to bring freedom to our country India. First the courage they showed and the sacrifice they gave, second by maintaining the truth and righteousness from the beginning to the end and the third to bring the peace and prosperity to this country. It is the real honor of our country.

Now a days, as the entire scenario is changing like wise process of celebration is also changing and everybody is coming forward with families and friends to celebrate this important day. I think the souls of the great freedom fighters may feel happy by seeing all these and they may be satisfied for their achievements and sacrifices for this country. Oh! I wish I could be there and become a part in the great Marathon for freedom.

Traveling- a journey to give and take

We are living in the most beautiful planet called “Earth”. If anybody will start explaining about this beautiful planet then he/she can never end the topic because of its vast and diversified geography. So we are so lucky that we have got a chance to see and know this beautiful planet, and by traveling this can be possible. Traveling the most beautiful experience in life because the more number of times we go to travel, the more we discover this world. But in this busy and expensive day-to-day life we can save very little time and money for our vacations. So within the limited money and time we have to reach our destination and again come back. So every thing should be done in a very planned way otherwise our journey will be of no use.

But one thing that always comes in mind is, while traveling, everybody is interested in taking full utilization of money and time. But has anybody ever thought, if nature will also think like us and will give that much only for which it is being paid, then the whole scenario will be different. Now the question arises is that, can anybody is able to pay the actual rate for the precious natural treasures? I think no the natural treasure is priceless. So the money we are paying to see a particular place is not the rate for seeing, but it is a very small amount being kept for the maintenance of natural treasures.

I want to raise another point while we are on a travel that is and also sometimes we don’t obey the rules of traffic. Whenever we go for a travel we use our vehicles for our convenience. While we are traveling there are traffic signals on our way to protect ourselves from the accidents. But some people are there who are always in a hurry, and in hurry they always break the rules and face the accidents. But one thing I want to say is the meaning of HURRY that is “Hurdles you are raising yourself” isn’t it. There is another big mistake that we do on the traffic signals is the wastage of fuel. In the signals we always used to keep our vehicles on a start mode and keep on gossiping with our friends or relatives. The timing on the big signals is mostly around 1-2 minutes. But there nobody wants to think of the fuel rather they think that they are buying it so they can do what ever they like, and some people are there they think that who will again start the vehicle so leave it as it is. Nobody has given the right to us for misusing our natural resource, than why the same mistake is being repeated by everybody.

When ever you go to see new places of this world then we are only taking and enjoying the beauty but we are not giving anything to this world. So from the next time when ever you go for a travel try to give this beautiful nature some beautiful gifts like planting a tree, don’t misuse natural resource and many more. Then only your journey will be a worthy journey.

Can Manual Scavenging be flushed from our country?

Every day 1.3 million people in India (of which more than 80% are Dalit women) are forced to clean human excrement with their bare hands for little to no wages, a practice called manual scavenging. It was introduced during the British rule in India perhaps in the late 19th century when municipalities were organized. The toilets often used a container that needed to be emptied daily or in the other ways we can say it as the dry (non-flush) latrines. This dehumanizing job was basically given to the lower caste or the untouchables. Basically with a very few exception, all the manual scavengers are from the schedule castes. These scavengers are rarely able to take another occupation due to discrimination related to their caste and are thus forced to remain scavengers.

In 1970, Dr. Bindeshwar Pathak introduced his “Sulabh” concept for building and managing public toilets in India. This was a hygienic and well-managed public toilet system. But still then manual scavenging still survives in many parts of India. From a survey it was found that the more number of manual scavengers are in the Uttarpradesh then Bihar then Uttrakhand and so on. On June 17, 2011, Honorable Prime Minister Manmohan Singh of India referred to manual scavenging as "one of the darkest blots on India's development process" and asked all state Ministers in his country to pledge to eliminate this scourge from every corner of India in the next six months, by the end of 2011.

A 36-year-old woman Usha Chaumar from Alwar, Rajasthan, who was once a manual scavenger, was invited to deliver an address at the World Water Forum in France’s port city Marseille. She told the world about the lives of hundred of women who are into this profession is very pathetic. Now because of Dr. Bindeshwar Pathak Sulabh we can renew our hope and she was also rescued of by this means only. She also told that at the age of ten she was married and was forced into manual scavenging, the only livelihood her family has known for generations. It was extremely humiliating, but there was no choice as we had been doing this job for years and upper caste people insisted that we were only good for this.

In 1970s the state of Karnataka passed a law to ban manual scavengers. The employment of manual scavengers and construction of dry latrines (prohibition) act, 1993 punishes the employment of scavengers or the construction of dry (non-flush) latrines with imprisonment for up to one year and/or a fine of Rs 2,000. Like wise the other Chief ministers from their respective states had given a strict warning to stop this practice and to use new engage mechanized cesspools. But the strange thing is that prevailing of so many acts or laws, the biggest violator of this law is the Indian Railways, which has toilets dropping all the excreta on the grounds/stations and they employ scavengers to clean it manually. Mahatma Gandhi in Bengal in 1901, Dr.Ambedkar and Thanthai Periyar in Tamil Nadu, Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia in Lok Sabha in 1967, raised topics on this horrible working. This topic was being raised before the Independence but still now no conclusion why? Is anybody not interested in solving the most humiliating problem of our country? India is trying to advance/ is already in every fields than why not in this manual scavenging.

Many people in this country still don’t know the meaning of manual scavenging. India got Independence but manual scavenging didn’t. The manual-scavenging demon is still now attracting all the poor people towards it. Come on everybody with our bare hands we all will dump this manual scavenging into the soil by using the improved technologies instead of the old one.

Was Mid-day meals successful?

Food! Food! Food! What does it really mean? We can only understand the real meaning of food when we don’t get it. With empty stomachs nobody would be able to work. The schools that were opened for the poor children were always with a zero attendance. So government planned to keep the mid-day meals for poor children.

The main purpose of these meals is to provide them with hygienic food for stamina, physical strength and concentration to read. The government is not providing these meals to the poor children but to the future of the nation. Media across the country raised the many issues over the proper management of the mid-day meal at government schools. But hardly to there is any improvement since the programme launched.

But of the apathetic look the purpose of the mid-day meal progamme is till out of the realm of its actual target and poor students. There were many reports about the quality of the food is being served to students. And in some parts of the country the scheme is very successful.

Now, the question arises whether the pipeline that is formed between the government and the midday meals is already having a leak or is being leaked. The teachers and people associated with this scheme should come forward to achieve the aim of feeding poor children school those are leaving school to earn bread and butter for their family members by engaging themselves in labour work.

So many NGO’s are coming forward to provide better and healthy meals for these children. They are collecting funds by arranging big concerts performed by the celebrities and using it for a noble cause. Were ever they are being successful in there missions they have got a better result in the attendance of schools. Not only in the attendance but also academically well off.

There is a proverb “empty mind is devils workshop” similarly “empty stomach is devils workshop” and it really means. No one in this world can stay without food. So everyone should understand this proverb and help the children to come to schools for education so that one day India would also be counted in the list of higher percentile of literacy.

Personal Growth depends on Encouragement

In our busy day-to-day life everybody is running towards the ladder of growth. Everybody wants success in their life and busy in doing their job. But have any body has thought, somewhere personal growth is depending on the encouragement. How it is attached with your personal growth that you can feel or know when you go a step ahead and ahead on the growth ladder.

Personal growth is something that is building up inside yourself at the time when you are born. You are slowly growing up and trying to know the surrounding in which you are. When the senses in your mind develops, than you are trying to understand slowly the good and bad that are happening in your surrounding.

Everybody’s life has ups and down. And this is how a journey begins with. But the real fact of this journey is whether anybody wants it or not, but he/ she has to accept the journey of thorns than only they can get a beautiful rose. Whenever we do a work and if it is good and appreciated by somebody than it gives us the enthusiasm to work on it. The more we work on it the more appreciation we gets.

From here the journey of personal growth and encouragement starts. And after every new work we eagerly wait for the encouragement from our elders or from our boss. But here I want to say one thing that if you get a bad appreciation for your work than don’t get depressed, think that these are thorns of the journey and always try to learn from the mistakes. In this journey, there come two paths to reach the destination.

Now the vital time in your life comes, when you only you have to decide to choose the right path for your future. There may be your parents or elders to encourage you, but still then there should be a good sense inside you to choose the right path. Now the right path will take you towards the brightness of the sun and the wrong ones will take you towards the darkness. Its up to you that which path do you want to choose for your bright and right future.

For a better future there should be a right person to encourage the good qualities present in you. Than only one can climb properly the growth ladder. The path of this growth ladder is full of thorns and it is not so easy to climb. So every person should have or get a right mentor to guide or encourage your abilities, to get success in life. And I want to salute to all those persons who are behind every successful man/ woman. Without them a common man/woman cannot come forward to show their abilities to this world.
