Email Subscriptions – How often you read them?

IN · · Leave a Comment
Email subscriptions are like daily or periodic email dosages of news, updates or reports of a product or service you use or interested for. If you’re internet savvy then you must have known about email subscriptions. Most of the sites on the web do have the options for email subscriptions as the people behind each site do want the people to get news about what happens at their site. Most of us do subscribe to feeds from various news sites, companies or organizations. But what really the question is: how many subscriptions we should go for and how often we read the subscription emails.
Most of us have the habit to subscribe to news feeds if we find the site interesting. But where we lack is: to optimize the subscription. Optimizing in the sense is:
  • how often I check mails;
  • how many sites I should subscribe for;
  • how often I should get mails (daily/weekly/monthly)
  • at what time of the day I should get the mail;
  • Or when is the time I’m mostly active on the web.
This seems a lot of tasks for a simple email subscription, but it’s actually easy if you’ll do it with one stroke while opting for subscription. Else when you sit back on a weekend to check your inbox, you’ll find a pile of subscribed emails from XXXX.com, YYYY.com or ZZZZ.com. Recently I was dictating my friend with an email and came to see more than 300 unread subscribed emails. Even when I joined Linkedin, I started joining many groups and subscribed to their group activities. But I never cared to optimize the email subscriptions. During those days I used to get 40-50 emails per day from Linkedin itself and apart from that I also get emails from other sites, summing around 100 plus emails per day. This makes difficult for us to check every subscribed mail and then we either go for unsubscribe or being lazy enough we left those mails unread.

It’s never an easy task to check each subscription email on a daily basis. Another disastrous thing happens when you subscribe to many feeds is that important mails from your friends, family or colleagues get lost in that mess. So what we think or we should suggest to our readers is to follow these steps before subscribing to feeds:
  • See what topics interests you most and choose wisely among them
  • Choose subscription options or plans as per your requirements
  • Subscribe to daily emails from maximum 2 to 3 sites and choose other sites for weekly or monthly updates
  • Use the email id where you’re mostly active
  • Don’t get blindly into groups
  • Find one best news site and subscribe to it for daily news
  • and never forget to check back your emails
As we’re discussing about emails, we’d also like to thank Ray Tomlinson, the inventor of email to help us reach mails into our pockets.

Is Workplace Counseling Effective

IN · · Leave a Comment
Counseling is a process of interviewing the person, being counseled and helping him solve his problems, through sharing and guidance. With reference to work place counseling is having an open discussion, in private, (in office or organization this place is usually a cabin, where there is privacy, for both persons to open up and talk). Counseling is held at various times as per the situation and the necessity. Sometimes it may be just to compliment the employee for his work or for his good gesture or behavior. Sometimes it is regarding the issues that are affecting the productivity/quality of work of the employee. At other times it may be needed in case if the behavior of the employee is not as per the rules and regulations of the company and needs corrective action on part of the company.

Counseling is a two way process where in both the people participate and communicate. Counseling gives the other person a scope to talk about himself and express his feelings so that, he has a clear understanding of the situation and the problem, and a solution can be designed. The counselor’s most important responsibility is to listen to the other person, and be a good listener first. Some organizations have a separate counselor who is qualified and experienced to handle employee issues. It depends on the company policy or the organizations policy, if they want to have a separate counselor or they want a team leader, supervisor, or manager to handle the issues. Or in extreme case or when necessity arises they may use the services of a professional external counselor.

So, counseling has a broad meaning and scope and plays a very important role in the growth of an organization. Counseling, if given properly, helps improve the productivity of the employees.

This Week in Business Skills - Critical Thinking

IN · · Leave a Comment
Critical thinking does not mean "disapproval" or "negative." There are many positive aspects of critical thinking, for example formulating a workable solution to a complex personal problem, working out as a group about what course of action to take. Using strong critical thinking we might evaluate an argument. Critical thinking may occur whenever one judges, decides, or solves a problem; in general, whenever one must figure out what to believe or what not and what to do and what not? Reading, writing, speaking, and listening can all be done critically or uncritically. Critical thinking is "a way of taking up the problems of life.

Critical thinking skills include observation, interpretation, analysis, inference, evaluation, explanation, and meta-cognition. Critical thinking gives space not only to logic, but also to intellectual criteria, such as clarity, credibility, accuracy, precision, relevance, depth, breadth, significance, and fairness. For critical thinking we need the ability to recognize problems, to find workable means for meeting those problems. We need to understand the importance of prioritization and order of precedence in problem solving. We need to gather relevant information. We need to recognize unstated assumptions and values. We need to comprehend and use language with accuracy, clarity, and discernment. We also need to interpret data, to appraise evidence and evaluate arguments.

In critical thinking we need to recognize the existence or non-existence of logical relationships between propositions. We are also required to put to test the conclusions and generalizations at which one arrives. In critical thinking we need to re construct our patterns of beliefs on the basis of wider experience and render accurate judgments about specific things and qualities in everyday life. In short critical thinking is "A persistent effort to examine any belief or supposed form of knowledge in the light of the evidence that supports it and the further conclusions to which it tends."

Start minding your words on Facebook

IN · · Leave a Comment
facebook big bossYes! This is the message we want to convey to our readers to avoid unnecessary trouble into their lives. Making hate or harassing statements on an individual or organization is never unnoticed by the concerns and can bring you into trouble. In recent past, two alarming incidents related to Facebook are more of warnings to the users to watch what they write on their Facebook wall.

After the demise of legendry Balasaheb Thackrey, Mumbai was shutdown observing ‘Bandh’ to pay the respects to the leader. On the same day, couple of the Maharastra girls put posts against this ‘Bandh’ on their Facebook wall for which a police man arrested both the girls. After the arrest the outrage is still going on over social networks where some favor the girls and some favor the arrest. Even India is a democratic country and we’ve the right for Freedom of Speech, but would it be wise to think that you will not be into trouble by doing this. Yes, our constitutional rights say otherwise, but if that be followed till now India would not be counted among corruption. In this case late Balasaheb Thckrey was a legend and there will be rage if you cry out loud.

If you read Facebook terms then you may come across that what type of posts you shouldn’t make on Facebook. Here what is written on Facebook:

We remove content from Facebook when it violates the Facebook Terms. Types of content that are prohibited from Facebook include, but are not restricted to the following:
  • Nudity or other sexually suggestive content
  • Hate speech, credible threats, or direct attacks on an individual or group
  • Content that contains self-harm or excessive violence
  • Fake or impostor timelines
  • Spam
One of such similar incident has also happened with Massachusetts, USA resident Lindsey Stone. She posed for a photo giving the middle finger and miming a loud yell in front of the sign at the Tomb of the Unknowns in Washington, D.C., next to a sign asking for “silence and respect”. The photo speeded over Facebook like fire with likes, comments and a Facebook fan page. But for this Lindsey, who is an employee at LIFE (Living Independently Forever) has been given unpaid leave. Lindsey has apologized for the photo to Boston Herald. Well, this is not the first case of such incidents in USA. Before this an USA marine was arrested for posting controversial song lyrics on Facebook. Also California resident Denise Helms lost her job after using the n-word for President Obama.

Such arrests do prove that you don’t have to go the streets anymore. Just post on Facebook and Police will be on your doorstep. And if you want to avoid such unnecessary trouble then we suggest that you start minding your words on Facebook.

This Week in Business Skills - Preparation for Selling

IN · · Leave a Comment
Selling is a Skill (which one acquires skills in any thing by doing it repeatedly). Before approaching a client for sale, if we do some homework then it becomes easy to close the sale and have the result in our favor. Let’s have a look at some points on how to prepare for selling:
  • Try to acquire knowledge about the client like from a website, history or from people related to the Client.
  • Apart from gathering professional information, if possible try to gather some personal information like interests, hobbies, etc.
  • Gather information about the client such as if he is a member of any club or organization or any voluntary organization or some society. This will help you to know the person and help you build a positive relation with him, which in turn will help you to close the sale.
  • Work out on client’s needs; try to find out the reason as to why he can buy from you and work out in that direction.
  • It is not just enough to make your sale somehow and come back with your commission. Before going to the client, you should know the good will that the client and his company have in the market. And what position or rating they hold in the market. This will give you idea if you can rely on the company and the client for the payment, you are supposed to get once you make the sale.
  • You need to know if the person or the client you are approaching is the person with the authority to close the sale and to make the choice. If not who else is involved in the decision making process and in closing the sale. If that is the case you need to do homework regarding the other person also.
  • The most important thing you need to find out, about the client is that, what kind of relationship does the client maintain and keep up with his vendors? Is he and his company only interested in money or are they interested in maintaining long term relations and good will. What is their prime concern only money or quality.
Do this home work before approaching a client for sale and you can be sure to give your best 100%.

What is Discipline and why we need it

IN · · Leave a Comment
The common misconception about discipline is that it is only applied for defense personnel or students. What we need to know is that discipline is not something we need to be afraid of. Discipline is what we all follow knowingly or unknowingly, to achieve what we want to achieve. An athlete follows a routine doe’s exercise; takes qualitative diet; leads a disciplined life style which helps him to achieve his goal and that’s what discipline is. Discipline is the pathway to our dreams and goals.

When we walk on the road we need to walk on the footpath to avoid accidents and for our safety. When driving we are supposed to wear helmet and that is again an example of discipline for our own safety. Discipline allows us to be safe and makes sure the right thing is achieved in the right way. Discipline is a part & parcel of life and as earlier as we understand this fact, the life will be much easier. We all need discipline in every stage of our life and every aspect of our lives. If we want to be healthy, we need to have disciplined food habits and lifestyle. If we want to be financially well, we need to be disciplined financially by planning budgeting, personal finance and other money issues accordingly.

There will not be one area of our life where there is no need for us to be disciplined. Discipline is a path we intentionally or non-intentionally choose, so that we can reach our destination, our goals and dreams in life. It allows us to have control over our life, situations, consequences and even happiness. It is a precaution we need to take so that our life goes in a smooth and safe way. So when we make discipline a part of our lives, we make life better and easy to live.

This Week in Business Skills – Facing the Situation

IN · · Leave a Comment
We all face different kinds of problems each day. Right from childhood till we take the last breath, we all face various situations in life where we feel totally helpless. How do we need to face such problems? Well, it all depends on the nature of the problem and how much confidence do you have on yourself.

There are mainly three kinds of problems that we commonly encounter in day-to-day life. Those are problems relating to health; finance; and relationships. To arrive at a solution for any kind of problem we need to go to the root of the problem or the cause. We need to assess the situation and the causes that lead us to the present state of affairs and then we need to think of a solution to the problem we need to work out on the alternatives.

But the wise thing to do is to prepare you for a better tomorrow. If you want to lead a healthy life (free of health complications), then you need to maintain a healthy lifestyle right from the beginning. You must have heard that education comes from Home. So your home is your playground. Here are some tips
  • Keep calm during stressful situations
  • Take limited yet healthy diet which will boost up your spirit to stand against even bigger problems.
  • Keep yourself away from habits that degrade your physical and psychological health.
  • Keep your mind occupied with positive thoughts and engage yourself in positive actions.
To avoid financial problems you need to plan. Which direction you want to go and what suits your skills or talents? Which is the best profession that suits you, where you want to make it to the top? Then work out on the best possible way to follow your dream and always plan for alternatives, backups and analyze what problems you face. Planning and budgeting are important aspects of finance. Regarding the financial aspects it will always be better to take the advice of the experienced and skilled person in the field before planning or investing.

Relations are the foundation of our life. These are the basis on which our whole life goes. Invest your time in relations; work out on improving relations and this is the best way to make it to the top in any sphere of life.

Today’s Actions determine Tomorrow

IN · · Leave a Comment
Today, in this moment what you are experiencing in life is the result of your past thoughts and actions. And what you do and think right now will determine your tomorrow. Knowingly and unknowingly we have so many thoughts throughout a day and intentionally or unintentionally we do so many things that become habit and determine our future. So, in every moment we have to be careful about what we are thinking or doing and how this is going to shape our tomorrow.

Every thought that we hold and every action that we do, leave impressions on our mind. When we repeat them over time, our mind and body gets habituated to them and thus we form habits. If for example a student wants to see himself as a topper, he has to form habits and do things that allow him to achieve this dream. He has to stick to a routine, lead a disciplined life and resist himself from temptations. There are so many things that determine his success and lead him to his goal, unless-until he takes that particular path from the beginning else he cannot achieve his goal.

What path of action he undertakes today will determine what result he will have tomorrow. The same holds true for every one of us. We have so many ambitions and dreams in life and we do want to achieve them. But are we disciplining our life in the way which will help us achieve our goals? You can take the example of Technology Innovator Steve Jobs. It’s said that he thought of creating smartphones, virtual maps and streets before even starting Apple. He dedicated himself to the technology world so deeply that Apple is now among the biggest smartphone innovators in the world. If you want to reach a destination you have to take a particular route to reach the airport and then you have to board the particular flight to reach where you want to go. Right from the house, each and every step you take will determine where you will go.

Goals and dreams are the same, every step you take, every action you do, every thought you hold, will either take you closer to your dreams or away from them. So, every action matters and every thought counts. Make your today, a pathway to future and you are sure to reach your goals.

Take care of your physical health and psychological health: First and foremost thing to achieve anything in life, we must be healthy both ways psychological as well as physical. What most of us do is that we neglect taking care of our health when we can do so. We should start taking care of it when it is out of our hands. Psychological health and physical health are both required for a person to be complete and lead a healthy life. And if we are serious about our life then we need to take care of our health first.

Do what you love: As far as possible try making that your profession what you love to do, because it is the love for work and the passion that brings out the best in you. You may do anything to earn money, but when you do that which you love and are passionate about then one day or the other, you are bound to taste success.

Never compare: It is the difference that adds beauty to life as all are not unique and all are not blessed with same talent. So always look for what is good about you and what is your uniqueness that makes you different from others. Never try to compare your talents with those of others and be your own unique self. Only then no one can duplicate your ideas or creativity or skill. So work out in that aspect and progress.

Troubles and Obstacles: If there are no troubles and no obstacles in life then there will be no development or progress in life. These are part and parcel of the life and when you start accepting them with a positive stride, you will cross obstacles with smile. These will be the very things that will lead you on the path of the progress and success by unleashing your real potential.

Show Appreciation: Always try to appreciate the good things in life. Try and show appreciation for those people who care for you and also appreciate those whom you care. It is easy to criticize and to look for the negatives in others, but hardly one can appreciate well in others. If you want to make it big in life cultivate to appreciate good things and good people, in spite of their position and status. Never ever leave a chance to appreciate people when you have a chance to do so.

Hootsuite or Tweetdeck – What is a best Social Media Management tool

IN · · 1 comment
Sometimes around October end, one of my fellow Linkedin connections posted a question about what is a best tool to see and manage Facebook and Twitter posts at a time. We can summarize it as what is the best social media management tool. The question got more than 2000 comments and 400 plus likes from Linkedin professionals and if you look at the responses you’ll find Hootsuite, Tweetdeck and Seesmic’s names are much repeated in those responses. As Seesmic is been acquired by Hootsuite, so now the main competition lies between HootSuite and Tweetdeck. We’re going to point out some features of both these social media management tools and let you decide what is best for you.

Starting with Hootsuite,
  • Add nearly 10 social networks including Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin into Hootsuite and manage each with ease.
  • Add social network feeds like Twitter mentions, messages, interactions and Facebook timeline feeds, wall posts, etc.
  • More than 50 languages support with translation service and Geo-tagging services
  • Access popular social networks like Foursquare, Google Pages and Mixx
  • Add contacts, assign tasks in your team, schedule posts, check content click-through reports and explore apps directory with Hootsuite  Install multimedia apps from Youtube, Flickr, Instagram, Tumblr and many others to upload photos, videos and content into your social media profile
  • Hootsuite is available for smartphones and tablets from Apple, Google, Samsung and Blackberry and also for browsers like Firefox and Chrome.
Now let’s see what’s there in Tweetdeck,
  • Popular for social media management in Facebook and Twitter.
  • Easily post messages, status updates, and tweets into your Facebook and Twitter profiles.
  • Schedule posts, status messages and manage fan page posts through Tweetdeck
  • Amazing interface with easy to create feeds for your Facebook timeline, Twitter interactions, messages, lists and direct tweets. Improved search and list editing features with few keyboard shortcuts.
  • Available for iPhone, Android and for browsers like Google Chrome.
Hootsuite is clearly a winner with so many features, but if your social profiles are limited to Facebook and Twitter, then you need to have a look on Tweetdeck. While Hootsuite is a not much a competitor to Tweetdeck in interface and as a desktop application, but Hootsuite can be a good social media tool for tablets and smartphones. So you only can decide what to use depending upon what features you want and how many social profiles you have. You can also see the Linkedin post here and check out the responses. Apart from these tools there are also some other tools named SproutSocial, Yonoo and MarketMeSuite.

Watch out your company: There is a saying that goes like this “show me your friends and I will tell you who you are”. This is not just a saying but golden words from someone who has studied life. Always try to keep the company of those people who are more experienced than you in work and life. People who are successful, motivational; who lead life like leaders by helping others and adding value to their life. When you keep the company of such people you have their influence on you and you start to learn from them life’s important lessons.

Never give up: If we compare the lives of people who are successful in their life and are leading an exemplary life with the lives of those who are experiencing failure, there is only one single difference and that is successful people pursue their dreams till they become reality. And people who are experiencing failure in either personal or professional life are those who gave up working for their dreams. Reasons may be any but the end result is same those who work till their dreams become true become successful. So you should never give up as whatever the situation may be and shouldn’t stop until you achieve your dream.

Vision: People who are successful are those who have dreams and vision in life. If we lead life without any motive or purpose then life becomes meaningless. A person with vision is the one who has control over his future as he knows how he wants his future to be and goes in that direction. Vision gives motivation and it helps us becoming better every day to lead life with purpose.

Have faith in yourself: Faith is everything in life whether it is towards God or any other person or ultimately yourself. It is faith that leads people. There is a saying that goes like this “what others say about you is their opinion about you not your worth”. So having faith that there is a purpose in your life and you have all the capabilities to accomplish it is the core aspect.

As every day progresses improve: Some great person has said that if you lead the life the same way as you did yesterday without any improvement or progress in any sphere that is no life. With every passing second and with every passing day, just think what values you’ve added to your life and to the life of those around you. Try to improvise yourself by improving your capabilities in every possible area, because life is meant to improve and to progress.

Top 15 tips to do great in life [Part 1]

IN · · Leave a Comment
Life is great and we should live it to the fullest doing great things. We’ve composed around 15 tips on how to do great in life and we’ve divided the whole post into three.

Contemplate on thoughts and choices: Thought process has no end and we have so many thoughts through-out the day. Every time we have a thought it is not possible for us to check them and to correct them, instead we can put our efforts to think positive and to make positive choices in life. Positive choices are the ones that help us to become better and help us keep our calm and do well to ourselves and others as well.

Look for sources of motivation: Each person gets inspired by different thing, for someone it’s money, for someone it may be a person, memories, name or fame. It differs from person to person. So you need to find out what is it that drives you towards success and achievement. Every day make sure that you are connected with your motivational factor. The more you are connected with your M-factor, the better you will perform.

Do what you have to, to get what you want: The common mistake that most people make is, they do ordinary things and expect extraordinary results from life. This is a very common behavior. So if you expect great from life then you need to think great and do great. When you are doing the job of a sales person and you dream of becoming CEO, it’s actually great. But you need to work for it and need to develop the mindset like that of a CEO and you need to increase your capabilities to that level.

Master Time: When you have control over the time you are spending, you have control over activities and when you have control over your activities then you have control over your life. So mastering time is a key factor that determines the life of a person. One should know where to spend time and to what extent and if someone knows this then he is sure to handle his life the better way.

Attitude and situations in life: Always let your attitude determine the life’s situations and never allow the situation to take charge of your attitude. Hardly there will be times in someone’s life, when he feels happy about the situation and when everything is in his favor. So instead if we correct our attitude towards the situations we will be able to lead a peaceful life.

The Best Ways to Relax during Working Hours

IN · · Leave a Comment
Most of us believe that the best way to get out of the stressful routine and come back to normal relaxed state is a week-through vacation. Though it is also true to a great extent, but stress is a daily matter or concern, at least in the existing times, whether it is personal life or professional. Stress has become an unavoidable factor and to come out of the day-to-day existing stress, which is the better way? Yearly once vacation for a week or to look out for alternatives ways through which we can relax us on a daily basis.

It will be always better to look for alternatives for relaxation on a daily basis. Because every time you are stressed it is not possible to go for a vacation. There are several ways of relaxation depending upon people types, geographical area, working environment, people or assets around you and many others. Some people prefer listening to music; some opt to dance; or exercise. Well it all depends on the person as to find his own personal relaxation source. But there are times when you feel burnt out of energy and no more in a way to concentrate on work. Especially in today’s time, whether it’s corporate job or otherwise, working hours are extremely long and people get squeezed into their desks.

So the best ways we think to relax during working hours are:
  • Take a break for ten minutes every hour.
  • Sit down with closed eyes and concentrate on breathing for a period of ten minutes
  • You can go for small walk in the office which loosens your mind and body pressure.
  • Talk to someone who can make you laugh or with whom you open up
  • Take a sip lemon soda drink with colleagues and get energized
  • Play something you find cool like a Puzzle, board game or even cycle a bit.
Caution: You may want to avoid computer games if you were on a desk job or computer job,  though some people also find these games relaxing

And the greatest advantage of doing these is, at the end of the day you don’t come out totally burnt out of physical and psychological energies and you can take charge of your personal life.

Live Healthy and Live Long!!

This Week in Business Skills - Viral Marketing

IN · · 2 comments
The now so called Viral marketing or internet marketing, is not a new concept but though a strong concept for both small and large businesses. This is what we used to call word of mouth publicity or marketing. Now it has expanded its form in a way that instead of simply doing word of mouth publicity we’re also using social networks to increase brand awareness and product sale through self-replicating viral processes, which otherwise called social media marketing . Here the person promotes products or shares information with his friends, family, colleagues and contacts. They in turn, if feel that the information or knowledge regarding products or anything is worth sharing with others, they share with their friends, family and contacts.

Effectiveness
This is what builds a chain of communication and marketing spreading like a worthy informational virus among people. This way the information passes on or the product promotion goes up. When people are convinced of the quality of the product, they prefer buying it and which increases sales. After using the product if they are satisfied with it then they refer to others which in turn increase the sales of the product and brand value in the market. Viral marketing yields fast and effective results and if used more effectively it can increase awareness among people regarding a particular product or sharing particular information within a short span.

Limitations

Like everything else there are some limitations in viral marketing too. Viral marketing will be beneficial only when the general public, have an idea about the concept of promotion or the product. Because people don’t usually believe, what they see over net. Where as if they have heard about it outside on air or on TV, they will be at ease in some aspect and believe what they have been referred to.

Viral marketing will be beneficial or reap results fast when there is awareness about the product among the people. If the product is available only on viral marketing, and people have to rely on the reference then it becomes a difficult task. So the retailer also has to open free stores initially for testing the product among people and get their feedback. If we rely on viral marketing as an addition to existing other types of marketing strategies then it will be good and beneficial. But to simply rely on viral marketing is never a good idea.

Black money and its impacts

IN · · Leave a Comment
In our country Black Money refers to money that is earned on the black market on which income and other taxes have not been paid to the Indian government. It is the kind of money which is unaccounted and is circulated around people involved with Black marketing. India leads the list with $1500 Billion black money in Swiss banks and is closely followed by Russia and UK with $470 and $390 billion in Swiss treasury. And, with no shock we know that the people involved are top Indian industrialists, politicians, and IPS & IRS officials.

How do these people earn so much of money which is not accounted under Government watch and lands in Swiss banks? It’s definitely not by the right means and following the rules and regulations. Simple ways from where black money comes:
  • Tax: When you don’t notify government about your earnings and don’t pay Tax for it
  • Bribe: When you take Public’s hard earned money to do a job blinding government radar.
  • Political Corruption: When politicians put most of government sanctioned money into their pockets instead of using it for people. Sell government’s properties without noticing government
The ways and means of earning black money are numerous and in-ending as we see each day in front of our eyes. There isn’t a single field or profession where the people are not earning black money. Means may be many and professions or ways are different each time. But all have the same base, immorality and cheating to the other person or people. There are many direct and indirect effects of black money on the citizens of a country. People who are accumulating money are getting richer and government funds decrease day-by-day. Government has to increase the prices of products and services for which normal mid-class earners are put into trouble. They can’t afford such price hikes and on the other side can’t demand more salary or payout instantly.

Sometimes we people are responsible for this financial situation. If people are not paying taxes then where from the govt. will get money to undertake development works, increase employment or encourage entrepreneurs. We should not pay bribes to corrupt officials or politicians and should go in the right way. We know it will be a long run path, but there will be success at the end. We should find ways to aware people about the impacts of black money on them. It will be good for us to look for ways to come out of this and make India as pure white nation where ideas will not be ignored and our money will be used for our development and Nation’s development. There are many movies on Black money and from them south superstar Rajnikant’s Sibaji has explored the issue deeply in such a commercial and fun oriented film.

So from now on try to be a white-note earner and also encourage others about earning in white.
