Top 6 Ways to Incredible Confidence

IN · · Leave a Comment
To progress in any way of life whether it is personal or professional we need to exhibit confidence. Without confidence it is just impossible to survive in this world. But how does confidence come, it originates from confident thinking, and results in confident action and the more you show your confidence in action the more it will increase and that is how people recognize your confidence.

Confidence is not something that which we have to bring from outside it is there within us, and it is matter of choice, to be or not to be. So, when there are more advantages on your side when you are confident why shouldn’t you be confident? Then let us look at those ways that lead to incredible confidence.

1. Being Yourself: This is the first step to increase your confidence levels, never ever try to pretend to be someone else. Be your own self and show your skills at the best.

2. Don’t Bother to Please Everyone: Confident people don’t try to look for the approval of others and don’t try to please everyone. Be what you are and be confident about it, have you ever seen a chairperson of a big industry trying to lease every one or looking to for the acceptance of every one no, they are what they are and they are confident about their ways and decisions. And if you want to be confident just do it.

confidence3. Learn to Listen and then Respond: Confident people don’t interrupt others in between the conversation and try to make their point. They first patiently listen to what the other person has to say, analyze it and then share their opinion.

4. Show Your Agreement Nonverbally: If you want to appear confident when you agree with people don’t always say yes more times instead nod your head in agreement. Maintain a balance and use nonverbal and verbal agreement methods.

5. Never Engage Yourself in any action Which You Will Have Guilt: Confidence that comes from within and from being what you are by your behavior and character stays forever. So, never indulge yourself in any kind of activities which will make you feel ashamed and fill your life with guilt.

6. No One Knows Everything:
There is no person in this world who knows everything. So when you are posed with a situation when you don’t know anything just say that you are yet to learn or yet to know about it. Other than this, make it a habit that you keep yourself updating in knowledge and skills regarding your profession, or the work you are in.

So, try out these techniques, be yourself, build confidence from within and prosper in whatever you do.

Need for Good Leaders in India

IN · · Leave a Comment
India, at his point of time needs no politicians. It is in need of leaders, leaders who think of the welfare of the people, and work for them and their benefit. Gone are the days when leaders, used to walk bare foot for the parliament, and had no own house, and no bank balances. Those are the real leaders, people who could lead and guide the nation towards prosperity and towards betterment, India needs such leaders now.

Leaders with character, honesty and integrity. These are kind of the people that India needs as leaders. The entire political system is now corrupt and there is hardly any place for sincere and honest people. Selfishness has become second name for politicians. There are leaders who show the way to corruption, but hardly any one out of it. If we want to change the fate of the people of India and the country.

There is a true need for True leader, one who can lead this country and its people out of ignorance, corruption, and all kinds of evil and wrong practices. Towards what is right and good for people. A leader who thinks of the people lives for the people. With no selfishness, these are the kind of leaders our country needs. To evolve itself to a better position and to develop in all areas.

But where from these leaders come, out of you and out of me leaders are born. They don’t come from anywhere else. Each and every citizen of this country is a leader, leader in his own sphere of action and work. We can exhibit skill like leaders in our work place and we can be leaders in thinking about our, fellow beings. We are leaders when each and every one of us, starts doing something for the benefit of the society and the people.

We are true leaders when we fulfill our fundamental duties and duties as a citizen of this country. Then we don’t need to look for leaders in political system. The leaders in the social system are enough to change the fate of the people and the country. The leader within you and me.

Professional Growth and Leadership

IN · · Leave a Comment
Is there any link between ones professional growth or career growth and leadership? Definitely yes, leadership is not meant for few persons who are on the high level in the organizational hierarchy, or C. E. O’s. Leadership is not showing your authority on the people and make them feel down. Leadership is a rare and precious quality that few possess by birth, but can be developed by anyone and everyone if one wants to be so.

If you think only those on the higher level need leadership and you don’t, you are wrong, each and every person who has dreams to be fulfilled, and has higher goals to achieve, needs to develop, leadership qualities. Leadership is all about elevating yourself and elevating others to higher levels, either professionally or personally as you progress in the path of life. Leadership is encouraging people to give their best; leadership is about going beyond your comfort zone and taking risks, and facing challenges.

Leadership is not about being arrogant or head strong, leadership is about, being compassionate and helpful. Above all leadership is taking and accepting responsibility. Leadership is thinking, speaking and living the same. Leadership is all about seeing, listening and doing positive things. Last but not the least leadership is giving your best, in each and every area of your life. Passionate about growth, then explore the leadership qualities in you and develop them, then success and growth, will eventually, follow you.
